Firstly the wagering required to clear your bonus to play in poker is coming back down to 5 (five) times the bonus in raked hands. For example a $100 bonus will require only 500 raked hands to clear.
Secondly the definition of a raked hand at InterPoker is changing. From July a raked hand will only be counted when 1 unit (£/$/€) or over is raked. This is the equivalent of a $20 pot. Every hand you are dealt cards and the total pot is $20 or more a raked hand will be counted towards your bonus.

This makes the bonus super easy to clear above 2/4 and almost impossible below that.

To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

I was very unhappy about this as I needed 3000 raked hands there, and they changed it before I had finished. I managed to complete them and got my $$$ off.
To clear it quickly as it is now, you would need to play 100NL or 2/4 limit which is a little above my roll. 20$ pots just don't come often enough, and you can't clear it playing tournaments.
However, I got an email from them saying that they had received complaints from low limit players, and they are going to review it, so fingers crossed.

I have a half cleared deposit bonus there with a 7x hands requirement. Will I still have to clear so many hands or will my requirements have changed? Wont be on my home computer for a while so I can't check, just curious. Cheers.

You have to play the same amount of hands as specified before, but in order to count towards the total the pot must hit $20 (or 20gbp/20eur on the currency tables).
Interpoker's live support wasn't working last time i was on there, but the email support is OK. I will be returning to Inter when I am rolled for 100NL. Inter's GBP tables seem exceptionally soft.
