Toadstool will become famous soon enough
 Hi, im 18 and was born in 1987, i tried to sign up with neteller, but when i got to the date of birth option, i clicked the drop down list for year and it only went up to 1986. i read the terms and conditions and it said you can sign up if you are 18, any way to get around this?

**Also wondering if a neteller is easiest to use to bonus whore at lots of different sites quickly? or whether it is best to just enter your card details to each site?

Neteller is definitely the best option.

If you are indeed 18 and that's what the required age is, I'd give them a phone call. They have very good customer support.
