Apparently, Neteller will not be offered at any poker sites in the near future.
CDPoker just recently removed them as an option to deposit or withdrawal.
Sucks for me because I have my whole roll on CD.
I am already researching the many other substitutes for Neteller...any suggestions??

Since, you're non-usa, you have plenty of good options. Click2Pay, ePass, CentralCoin or Moneybookers....all viable options. It will just take a little time to get your new account situated.
For USA, all the webwallets are going to be pretty shaky between now (well, Jan 16) and May, when the 270 day period of the UIGEA is concluded. After that, probably the situation gets worse. It's a shame that USA is now negatively effecting non-usa players.
Meh, I'm an optimist. I predict that the feds will be unable to make charges stick to the ex-Neteller execs. Hey, at least the case will create some legal precedent so we know where we're at. And sooner than the PPA is getting anything done, I might add.

Hmmmm.... it seems CDPoker is now offering Neteller as an option again.
That's good news for now.
I am not worried yet; I will continue to use Neteller.
