This may be a slightly specific question but I'll give it a shot.
I just created a NETeller account and I live in MD. I didn't realize that you can't have a NETeller account and live in MD. Well I attempted to cashout of Empire and I can't see the funds on my NETeller account. So, I decide to call NETeller and they explain to me that they have to close my account and will send back the money to the merchant. Anyone else have this or a similar problem? Thanks.

? Why can't you have a neteller account in MD?
That makes no sense.
In answer to your question, no I have not encountered this problem. Sounds like neteller is taking care of it for you, though.

I agree, it makes no absolutely no sense. But it is the only state that you cannot open a NETeller account with.
I'm HOPING NETeller is taking care of this. My cashout is somewhere in cyberspace now and I hope it's going to find its way back into my account.

it will go back to Empire, most likely, and get into your account there. Then, just withdraw it using IGM. That should be good.
Anyway, do you know why you can't have a neteller account in Maryland? That's really insane, considering it's accepted in most everywhere in teh world.
You'd think that neteller would have made trying to sign up for neteller in maryland not an option or something. I dunno. THat's wierd.

I read it somewhere but I can't remember where. I'll see if I can remember. I dont understand why it let me go through the whole process of signing up, then when it rejects my deposit. First question should ask where you live so you don't go through the whole hassle.

You can't w/d to Firepay from the PPskins.
Can I recommend?...
Start working a combo of Firepay, EPassporte, and bank account. EPassport has some deposit size restrictions, but can be used as a Visa card on line.
Firepay has no size restrictions, and is accepted widely (though not for PPskin cashouts.)
Bank acct. is slow, but fills in many gaps.
To avoid loading fees, CON/Pacific Poker can be used to move small amounts around FP/EPass/Bank, sloooowwwly, and other gaming rooms, too, with limitations.

I use NETeller and FirePay mostly. I originally used Central Coin for Stars but it's the only site that takes it. FirePay is godawful slow while neteller is the schiz
