hey guys, i've been working on that pokerroom 300 bonuse from back in feburary, it expires today and yet it turns out it was by a given time like how partypoker does it. however it doesn't show on the my acount section on pokerroom.com that it has to be done by a certain time and when i've called in to see how many points i needed left since it sometimes takes 24 hours to see your progress, the customer care rep just tells me where i'm at and says that it needs to be done by the 29 th ; not be any given time. so what are my chances of having them give it to me or what should i do or say to them to get my bonus i deserve.
