Alright so this is how it went.

I signed up for betroyal using boogster as an affiliate.

Put 100 dollars into my account using neteller.

Now, betroyal offers 2 bonuses:
100% up to 200 (8x rollover)
100 dollars for downloading BetPro software (400 dollars rollover)

As soon as I deposit, my account shows no bonus. I talk to their customer support live chat. This is pretty much how it went:

Me: "Hi i'd like to know where my bonus is"
Support: "Its not in your account yet, here ill put it in"
M: "ok thanks, is that the 100% or the Betpro one"
S "its the 100% with 8x rollover"
M: "oh, no, i dont want that bonus, i want only the betpro one"
S "oh ok i understand, ill fix that"
M "ok now do i only have the betpro bonus"
S"yes"
M: "thanks bye"

So i cleared the 400 bonus quickly and want to withdraw.
I talk to Customer support again to make sure im good to go:

M: "Hey i'm just making sure i've cleared the betpro bonus"
S: "Oh sorry that hasnt been put into your account yet"
M: "Yes it has i made sure of that 2 days ago"
S: "No you have a 100% bonus in your account"
M: "No support told me that it was only the betpro bonus"
S: "Oh that was a misunderstanding, its actually the 100% bonus"
M: "Remove the 100% bonus then"
S: "No sorry you already played with it"
M: "Remove anything i won from it then"
S: "No sorry we cant do that. Your stuck with the 100% bonus"

So now I'm stuck with a 2000 dollar wager requirement to clear (expected loss of 180 dollars) instead of a 400 dollar requirement (38 expected loss).

What are my options here? Do I really have to pay for their mistake?

Sorry for bumping. . .

But a higher up at support emailed me and fixed the problem.

Moral: What live chat gains with convenience, is loses with ability to help.

So they give you $100 for downloading the BetPro software and you have to make $400 in bets. Can you use the $100 they gave you or do you have to deposit and play on your own money to clear the $400 before you get the bonus?

Sorry, I didnt know it was just sports betting. I'm no good at that stuff.
