I would just like to take this time to tell you that I am not pleased at all with your sites bonus structure nor payout methods. For one, I have requested a withdrawal from your site for $300 by check on July 3rd/2008 at about 15:53 GMT. At this moment the check has not arrived. I withdrew exactly 4 checks for the same amount from 4 different sites and at this time, yours is the only one that has not arrived. (Pokerstars, Party Poker, Full Tilt)All arrived within a two week period. It's unacceptable in this era of online transactions for something to take that long for such a meager amount.
Secondly, without a rakeback or points for cash program like most sites have, your site more than makes up for it with the monthly, non reload bonuses. But the expiry times are far to short for anyone to clear them in a timely matter. I played almost daily on your site this month, at $0.50/1.00NL and even stretched my play into the $1/2NL tables and have nothing to show for it because you just dont have the tables available for us in North America at night. I don't blame you for the table availability, but to not allow some of the bonus to clear incrementally is just unfair and seems to me as though you would hope to not have us clear it at all.
If i have earned nothing for my play here on Everest after playing over 12000 hands and paying over $1200 in rake so far this month, I see no reason to continue playing on your site. The monthly bonus is just not incentive enough for me to struggle with 6 or 8 tables available at my stakes and all of them filled with the same ten or twelve players.
As an example. With 12000 hands played on NoIQ poker (iPoker skin) I would have earned $400 in rakeback through their loyalty program. It would have cleared incrementally( Every Friday) so I would not have to worry if I had to miss playing for a few days. I would also be placing high enough in their rake race to earn well over $500 which I have done over the last 3 consecutive months. I don't have to tell you which site I would choose to play in the future, nor do I need to explain my recommendations I will make on my sites. I understand that being in North America makes my situation on your site a little difficult for availability and I accept it. If there are no concessions made for the handicap I play under as far as available tables and long wait lists then I will obviously need to play where it will be more advantageous to me.
I expect nothing but the bonus I have played for over the last 13 days and my $300 either arriving by check or placed back in my account for withdrawal.
Thank you, jyms

Regarding your cash-out of $300 by check that you made on 03-July,
please note that we do not credit each cash-out that you make
individually. The final payment is sent using the last cash-out method
that was selected.
On the same day, you made a cash-out of $600 to Moneybookers. The
final payment of $900 was sent to your Moneybookers account on 04-July.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
Thank you for choosing Everest Poker!

I have to tell you that I am unsatisfied with your response to my questions regarding your sites bonus policy? Why does the bonus need to be challenging? I am referring to player rewards for actually choosing your site, which you seem to think, by your email (In bold letters) that I will be choosing your site again. I had thought that the monthly bonus is a reward for playing on your site in the previous month, and it's size is based on the amount of play. So why would I want a challenge to earn a few extra dollars on a site with limited traffic, and no rewards system for play? This explains to me why the mid/higher stakes players have avoided your site for so long, and why a site with decent software is left empty at the those stakes. I play poker to try and earn money, I am not one of the typical "deposit and gamble" with a couple of dollars type player. I play 30,000+ hands a month and pay several $1000's in rake to enjoy my hobby. To have to work that hard to earn $325 and lose out because of a limited table availability and a short expiry time, and get nothing in return for my play is not going to "challenge" me. It means you will be losing over $1000+ in rake a month. I will be posting my original questions and your replies on www.flopturnriver.com and I will be changing your status in our forums system to be "Not Recommended". I'm sure you have no concern for losing my business but understand that Flopturnriver has over 1000's of members and even more lurkers, so this will have an effect. Keep your "challenging" bonus, I will go play at sites that "reward" players for play, through rakeback and player points for cash, unlike the phantom "summit points" you give.

aspect of the room alone (such as Rakeback %) should not be considered

With regards to last month's bonus, we apologize however we are unable
to credit your account with a bonus that was not earned as per our
bonus terms. We understand that the selection of tables given the time
difference between our Canadian and European players was not optimal.
However, Everest still offers a wide variety of other tournaments and
games throughout the day.
We appreciate that fact that you have provided us with these comments
which are always forwarded to our Poker manager. We do believe that
our upcoming VIP program will be able to address some of these
concerns and hope that you will remain with Everest until then. We can
not reveal any specific details about the program at this time. We
look forward to sharing more information in the coming months.

Yea the effort was made. My issue was that I was three tabling at some points and missed the bonus by about 3 hours. Thought I had cleared it but it expired and the new monthly started getting cleared.
The whole point of him telling me the bonus was meant to be challenging started this conversation on a whole new path. And if you missed the other issue I had with them, they actually changed my withdrawal method without notification. I have been waiting for a check and it was in moneybookers the whole time.

Yeah, I suspected that bit about "challenging". I think my welcome bonus took 1200 points to clear, my first monthly bonus 2000 points, and now my current one requires 4000 points. Small sample, but definately seems to be a pattern emerging here.
As to the withdrawal thing, that really sucks. I'd like to think I could withdraw x amount via one method and still withdraw y via another (for instance to Netteller to stay within my BR and cheque for spending).

They are a bunch of dicks. I ran into major issues when trying to sign up through PSO with them. Their support always tip-toes around the issue and provide vague responses.
