So I'm opening a second account, this time on stars. I have some questions though:
1/ Does stars have a 'preferred seating' option?
2/ Can you access an instant HH and how?
3/ Can you have more than one account running on one pc?
4/ Got any suggestions for a username?
In the case of Titan poker, the answer to the first 3 questions is 'no'. As for question 4, I will seriously pick one of the names suggested ITT so just go nuts.

<@d0zer> how will you learn if I don't berate you harshly?

is that an improved version of dranger7070?
joking aside .....Why move to stars? I think youre UK , so why not try sites where you get rakeback or other ipoker sites where you'll get a better first deposit bonus.

I don't, I just may need to delete the existing account as a friend signed up to stars through my pc and I'd have to tell him if I did.
I thought Dranger's name suggestion was just awful, but after seeing that one, it's suddenly not so bad.
And Keith, I'll still use Titan too (they have great rewards) but rakeback/ bonuses are for people who play more.

you're form UK and you're playing Micros? I seriously wouldn't bother with Stars unless you're planning to play large MTT's.
You have acess to fishy European sites with good Rakeback. Check out Betfair, WillHill, Ladbrokes etc.
Why you wanna play on Stars micros against players who sometimes have a clue?

What if I told you
a/ I want to improve, not build a roll. more skill >>>> making money right now, I have plenty of the latter.
b/ I'm hoping to sit with other ftr grinders at some point and learn a few things.

1) you're not going to learn anything really at Stars microstakes except how to play TAG. Which is what you should play on all sites at micros. But you'll just earn more at Euro stakes while doing it.
2) build a roll then transfer some money to Stars when you're rolled for $100nl or something if you really wanna play with other FTR playas.
I have Stars account - I play the odd MTT and sometimes play in the FTR games Freerolls if they're not silly late or full of Ruskies.
But you have an edge by being able to play at Eurosites. The Yanks here would love to be able to play on them. Use it MOFO!!

Im from the UK and just playing very low limits at the moment, just checked a few review sites and Betfair seems to come up with having more low-skill players but the limits only start at 0.05$-0.10$. What kind of bankroll would i need for this?
Now im playing on pokerstars at the 0.01$ limit with 10$ BR.
Would betfair really have that much easier competition than pokerstars if im just playing cash games?

Betfair has $4nl (0.4) games. and you can also get Rakeback. Plus the players are bad.
I think Stars is good at what it does, but if from the UK there are better sites. Hence Stars doing there offer recently to UK only players.

Ok Will, you've made your point... kinda funny how you're saying that knowing that I'm on Titan (i.e. fish central). Table select? FIND A FREE SEAT, JOB DONE.
I want to open a stars account to hook up with fellow micro grinders from time to time. I really feel that my play needs some critique, so in addition to posting more HH's, actually running IRC while playing etc., I want to join a site where people can actually see me live and I can see them. Can't do that on betfair.
I want to bounce ideas off of someone in real time, be it them watching me or (more likely) me watching them, something to really get me thinking about my game. I can always pick up on my mistakes in session reviews, but it's all lolhindsight by then.
This isn't about 'waah my site isn't fishy enough', this is about 'gee, I really need more perspective on my game because I'm sure I'm doing it wrong'.

lol at stars being tougher. There's 200 thousand ppl playing on weekends! I guarantee you if you table select you can find games just as good as all the euro sites if not better.
