Post subject: More Pokerstars cashout nightmares.

Great, now I try to get money and the only option they offer me is a paper check sent with no tracking probably by the cheapest mail possible. Also I hear it takes almost a month to get it and there is no guarantee my bank will take it. This is just unacceptable. Especially on the site that touts itself as the best out there and uses famous poker players faces to endorse them. I want my money and I want it in a reasonable time. When I deposit you use echeck and take my money within a few days, now all of a sudden when I want some back the robber barrons say "Oh no you can't do that, we have to send you a check and no tracking and wait forever". Go to hell Jokerstars this is sad that you treat your players this way. I sent an email but I can imagine I will get the same BS I always do from these people. You can't even call them ont the phone cause they have terrible customer service. This is just plain wrong.

I'm sure if it was this much of a pain for everyone on this site who was from the US and played on pokerstars, we would know about it. You're the only person I've heard complain, so I'm pretty sure you're just being an asshole.

I'm from Australia, but I requested a cheque and it took about 3 days to arrive.

You seem to play a lot and withdraw often enough that I am surprised you still pretend to want to ban online poker. nobody cares about your problems, maybe you should head over to another forum and start a movement.

Guess waiting for checks is the price we pay for being Americans and the bill passed by our Congress. Bodog had one of their check processors money seized by the US, now their waiting tine is 8 weeks. They had a debit card that is now without cash in it and I am in limbo for 600 dollars till I find out what happened there; my guess is the government seized that outlet's funds also. I think that cashing out is going to require an offshore bank account pretty soon.

I play mostly out of boredom. Low limits unless I can get a live tourney here. In NY it's not so easy and the drive to Atlantic City is a pain in the ass. I put in the request and they say 15 business days. Let's see how this goes. It's still a joke how someone can take your money one way and refuse to give it back to you that same way.

Wells Fargo ATMs just scan checks so it doesn't matter
They're also very discreet it doesn't say pokerstars on it or anything
