Does anyone use moneybookers for cashouts and deposits? I can't make a neteller account because since Im only 18 I do not have a credit history to confirm my social security number. I deposited through Western Union and now I need a way to cash out. My BR is $850 and I want to put about $200 in Pokerstars for tourneys. I made a Firepay account but then i found out that you could only make deposits on PP, so that didn't work. I guess if I cant get any info on moneybookers Ill have to cash out through IGM-pay and then make a WU deposit on stars. I just want to find a way to avoid the ridiculous WU fees though. Since PS doesen't take moneybookers I figured I could cash out via MB on PP, then deposit that on Poker room, then cash out via Firepay, and then deposit that into PS. Anyone know if this would work?

My advice to cut down a little on wait time is to w/d with IGMPay (free) or MBookers to your bank, and then deposit to Firepay ($3 fee?) and then deposit to PStars (free).
Avoid the PokerRoom step and any (likely) rule they have in place to return cashouts to the original deposit source. I haven't played PokerRoom, but that w/d-to-original-source rule is such a common method to discourage money laundering.
I'd be interested in coming up with a list of rooms that allow the movement of money one deposit source to another w/d source. I've been looking for ways to move Neteller money into FirePay without the bank wait and the fees. The only way I've found is to deposit Neteller money, win a bunch, then w/d the original amount to Neteller and skim the winnings to Firepay.

You only need to be 18 to use neteller and they don't do a credit check.

they dont do a credit check, but they have to verify your social security number through public databases one being credit history. For some reason they can't verify mine.

Even with a credit check, I passed mine on Firepay when I was 19. They asked stuff about how people were related to me and addresses that meant something to me.

THAT'S your credit history, outphase. Sometimes if nothing's available on you, then they can't verify anything.
