So I just got a new MacBook through my new job (btw I moved to 1600 miles a week and a half ago and now live in fckin' Maine...). I am completely Mac ignorant and want to now what I need to do to get the poker on this here 'puter. Do I need som PC Shell or does the software run all kosher-like?

I think you need to have Virutal PC for Rooms that do not have mac supporting software. I know full tilt has a mac version. And java based poker rooms you can play on a mac.

Pokerstars doesnt have mac supporting software that i know of. You would need to install virtual PC as far as i know.

You could also use Boot Camp to run a copy of windows on your mac. Pretty easy to set up and lets you pick your poison in the poker world.
