Has anybody else been "randomly selected" to have cash put in their account by this marketing campaign?

At PartyPoker.

I got an e:mail from Party on June 6th, saying that I'd been selected for June 6th, but they had taken the money back because I hadn't played one raked hand. I checked my cashier history and sure enough, I had a $15 deposit, and a $15 withdrawal tagged as a bonus.

I knew I had played that morning, so I got a handhistory from Poker Tracker and sent it to them, with a question as to why they took the money back. The hand I sent them ended up being a blind steal that wasn't raked (my mistake, I just took the first hand I played that morning), so I got a smartass answer back stating that you had to play "at least one raked hand or a pay for play tournament." I sent them two more raked hands and two summary headers from two tournaments I played that morning.

I got back another e:mail that said basically, "tournaments don't count"

By this time I'm annoyed. It was only $15 but the support guy responding was being a jerk, so then I sent off a third e:mail with the entire history of everything I'd done that day. I get back a canned e:mail defining what a raked hand is.

Finally, I sent them an e:mail saying it wasn't a big deal, but if they weren't going to payoff, then don't run the campaign - and please don't send me any more patronizing e:mails. I haven't heard anything further from them.

I'm wondering what I'm missing, or if anyone else has run into this. I've been pretty happy at PP, but I've got a bad taste after this. Just seems crooked.

I had cash put in my account one for some unknown reason and then they just withdrew it a couple days later. Im assumming it was one of those play 200 raked hands if you want to cash it out type thing but I never got an email explaining it. The only reason I checked and noticed is because my friend and brother both got em and told me about it and then I looked at mine and it was in the history but no notifications whatsoever. Oh well
