Smallest deposit I am aware of is $25 on Ultimate Bet. I am not positive, but I am pretty sure UB also allows you to withdraw any amount via Neteller. Most sites require a minimum withdrawl of $50 so if you're playing micro limits this is a very nice perk.

PokerRoom.com has a minimum deposit of $10.00. They currently also have a special promotion with the first deposit - giving the new depositer a ticket to play in a WPT Satellite Tournament and another ticket to play in the Private SharkCage Event (new depositers only). I believe there is a cash add to that.

Great place to make some cash so check it out.
