well, to answer your question, nowhere. paypal doesn't do anything with gambling or porn. i recommend neteller. its the only one i've ever used so i can't compare it to other ones, but i've never had a problem with it and it seems to be the top choice of most places.

I use Party Poker, but there are a ton of others out there that people use that are good too. Just FYI, it takes a few days to get started using Neteller, making signing up and getting your bank account verification rolling the first thing you do.
