Once again, I feel I need to contact you regarding the players who are cheating the blinds on your 5 card draw games. Because you do not require a minimum of AT LEAST THE BIG BLIND for your 5 card game, players have been cashing out all but 25 cents when the blinds come to them. This saves them $1.00 for every table round.

Over the course of 100 hands, they are stealing $20 from the pot with this tactic.

Player JGoldsteinx has been employing this tactic repeatedly, and it needs to be addressed.

I am not the type of person to threaten to take my business elsewhere to get what I want, but I will say that if others start doing what JGoldsteinx does to cheat the blinds, it will render your 5 card games unplayable. I hope you take this under serious consideration and change your game to prevent this.

Sincerely,
UncleBuddy

Thank you for your recent email. We apologize for the delay in replying to you.

Thank you for contacting PokerRoom support regarding "ratholling".

Currently, players will not be allowed to leave the table and come back to it
with less money than they left the table with, for Pot-Limit and No-Limit
tables.
Neither can they sit out of a hand, click on "cashier" to bank some of their
money and come back with less. This will be in effect for two hours from the
point a player leaves the table.

While this applies only to NL and PL tables for the time being, we are
working on adding a feature for normal limit tables to prevent players from
benefiting from the current system.

Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,
Riaan
