I signed up for Interpoker a month ago. They have a great 100% monthly match bonus up to $90. However, you need a PIN number to get your mony out of the site (I believe this has been mentioned before). It is also a bullshit excuse to tie up your money a little longer so you can lose it.
Well, I have been waiting nearly one month and still have not recieved a PIN. The "help" people always respond to my email and they have people you can call on the phone and all they tell me is that it was sent. Well they must have send it pony express because its been over 3 weeks.
FYI, if you deposit money into IP it will be tied up for a while. I just about trippled my deposit plus bonus and now I refuse to play another raked hand until the bastards give me a way to cash out.
You have been warned.

I received my PIN in the mail 5 days after signing up. I have a friend who received his 7 days after signing up. I think your experience is the exception and not the rule.

I got mine after 2 weeks at the latest. I think it was more like a week and a half. Your case is a fluke if you ask me but I must say when I tried to cash out and didnt have it yet I was quite pissed off too. Your anger is justified. Let em have it.
