I got an e-mail from Absolute Poker the other day telling me i still had $20 in my account from last year. I went to cash it out and was pissed off because they wouldn't let me cash out less than $50. Instead of e-mailing them demanding for my money, i figured my time would be better spent building my $20 into $50. To my surprise when I went to buy into a $0.10 big blind NL game I was allowed to buy in for $20, 200x the BB!! I love deep stack NL, you can make big laydowns and big well timed bluffs, when the stacks are deep, you can really play some good poker. Short stack poker is too simple, top pair short stack, no brainer, with a deep stack you can consider folding anything but the nuts, I love it!!!

Yeah, calling the game 10NL at Absolute is a bit of a misnomer. I got that $20 too, and dislike Absolute enough that I made it my mission to cash out $50.

I guess they won too.

I'm a know-it-all.
