Just got this from PartyPoker:

As you’ve not used your account recently*, we wanted to remind you that after six months of inactivity we charge an administration fee of 5 Euros each month. The first charge will be deducted in 15 days.
Make sure you aren’t charged: just buy in with as little as 50 cents and play one raked hand at our limit micro-limit tables.

Do other sites do this? I'm assuming with a $0 balance theres no concern, but wtf. This makes me less likely to go back, not more. If I did have any cash left on there I'd be logging in to withdraw it, not to play with it.
Just playing to improve.

That seems pretty wack to me. So basically you either have to cancel the account or deposit more money?

Dear ,
Thank you for contacting Customer Service.

The mail you received from us is regarding an Inactivity fee that can be charged from the money still left in your PartyAccount after you stopped playing.

According to our Terms and Conditions you need to access your account at least once every 180 days and either play a raked hand, pay an entry for a tournament or place a wager in order to be considered active. For more information about our Terms and Conditions and the way our Inactivity Fees are charged, please visit the link below:

https://secure.partyaccount.com/abou...Abandonment_of

https://secure.partyaccount.com/abou...&brandID=PARTY

Right now you have 0.00 USD in your Available Balance, so you will not be charged anything from it. Also, once a player decides to start playing again, he/she can contact us right away and we will return any fees back to the balance, so nobody will not lose any money for inactivity.

I hope I have managed to clarify things for you. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Thank you for choosing us as your online gaming site.

Best Regards,

Atanas,
Customer Service.

Seems like a way to annoy customers by forcing them to logon.
Just playing to improve.

using the word "wack" will only cause a loss of credibility. It certainly won't get you in with the cool kids around here.

Party has been doing this for a long time. Just play your raked hand or withdraw everything.
