I believe most states have laws against online gaming. However, I have yet to hear of a site that restricts people from depositing b/c they live in a certain state.

I live in Ohio, and I can flat out gaurantee that you weren't rejected because you live in Ohio. You (or your friend or whoever) were probably just rejected because you used a credit card, which are usually blocked from gaming sights by the lender. Use a debit card and you will have no problems (asuming there is money in your account). Litterally hundreds of thousands of people play online poker in Ohio, and the laws are actually fairly vague, in favor of the player, just as long as you aren't taking a house cut, etc. Try again with a debit card, neteller, etc., and you should be fine.

Unless your bank sucks like mine. They block use of my debit card on gaming sites too. I have Firepay write a check, works just as good, but annoying.
Is that guy still part of the forum??

I gave up on any method other than neteller. It works and I can track everything that way.
