Some people say that the cards arent decided untill everyone has acted, and different actions would cause different cards due to how the randomness is generated.
Is this true or not? Or hard to tell.....

I believe on most sites the "virtual deck" is shuffled before the hand begins.

i have wondered this myself though if the cards in like continuous shuffle and it pulls one out after everyone acts then does the continuous shuffle again till time for the next card - or if the entire hand is known from the time it deals it the first card

again it makes no difference i just always wondered

This was covered in a another post. Somebody emailed Poker Stars (or some site) and they said they shuffled the deck once before dealing and just took the cards off top as needed. No reshuffling in between. I don't remember if they burned cards though.

i doubt they burn em - burns came to be so people couldnt read marked cards in the deck - online its not needed for obvious reasons - maybe they do it just for traditions sake
