Do I email support? I want to write a strongly worded letter thelling them all that 20% payout on MTTs is bullshit.

Don't be rude, or they will not listen to you. Simply suggest that the 20% award schedule is a bad idea.

You may even want to PM Lee Jones on 2+2.

basically 20% of the field get paid. this is more for the lower stakes tourneys
