Noble poker is running a Fort Knox jackpot promotion. A few weeks ago, I decided to play since I know I have won sit n' gos before, and I have poker skills. I was fortunate enough to come out on top of 6 straight games. It took me the span of 3 weeks, but I won all 6. I was so excited, and couldn't believe I won. After the 6th game, I sent all the required information to them and was in anticipation
of getting paid. They sent me a ridiculous email back saying that I was in collusion and also accused me of softplay. I earned every win in those sit n' go's and to be accused of something I didn't do is ridiculous. It seems like a cop-out by Noble to use this as an excuse not to pay. I won all 6 games fair and square, and have been getting the run around for 8 days now. I keep calling, and they keep saying to check back in 24-48 hrs. What can I do? I don't know how many people have won this jackpot before me, but I wonder if they were paid. I also had to post up $57 for each tournament and all my account money plus winnings have been frozen in my account for no reason. I'm fed up with calling them, and I need the expertise of flopturnriver mods to help me recover my winnings.
Hope someone gets back to me on this.

dude, they're gonna give you 100 grand, let em take a couple weeks to check out your account.
in their e-mails to you, did they say "you have colluded and softplayed", or "we suspect you of colluding and softplaying", or "we are going to check to see if you colluded or softplayed?" If they said one of the first two, i'd be worried, if they said the third, just sit and wait.

I'd let them have some time to verify everything. If they say call back in 24-48 hours, I'd be calling them back every day or two to check and see. As long as you just go with the flow and stay polite to them, I'm sure they will pull through. Good luck.

i have been contacting them since day one and have no clue what the hell they r doing. but they tried to convince me that they have been really busy lately and there are so many pepole who won on their site lately. As far as the email is concerned its just bs cause when i contacted the supervisor he said there is very mere chances that they would look it over and make their decison on my favour. since their decision is final and some crap like it. but anyone out here on this forum who could help me get my winnings would be really apreciated. as far as i think that site is a just a bunch of scam artists. the funniest thing is they froze all my accounts with ipoker. i have an account with cdpoker, noble poker and titan poker. All 3 of them are frozen how much more gayer could it get with their stupid speculation. I have accounts in like 7-10 sites and have also lost $3, 000 in party poker too which in my opinion and most people i have talked to is the worst site on the face of this earth. but every other site i make money and have never been accused of any crap like this. My luck with online poker is the worst and once when i get lucky they don't want to pay me. can this get any better

Id call them, ask for a supervisor and ask him what makes them think you were colluding. I dont think they would try to scam you if they didnt have a reason to do it...
You have multiple accounts on Ipoker... Did you have 2 or more connected on the network at the same time when you played any of the 6 sngs ?

IMO,
You have a chip on your shoulder that's not going to help your cause.
You won! Try being courteous, polite and patient. Threatening them, calling them names, and throwing accusations is not going to get you where you want to be. I have no idea what your correspondence with them has consisted of....but you've lobbed some bombs here in this thread.

Let me start off by saying that it wasn’t my function to make a decision in this matter. Noble already made theirs. As a mediator, my job is to review their evidence to see if they had the necessary proof to back up their claim. Contrary to what some have claimed on this forum, Noble has indeed been forthcoming with me and has responded to any requests I made and have been available in the event I had additional questions. They never rushed me, nor did they ever try to sway my opinion.
After a comprehensive review of materials, it is clear they have more than enough proof. If this were a court of law, a jury presented with the same evidence would’ve taken 5 minutes to reach a unanimous decision on behalf of Noble. To be completely sure, I did my own investigation and came to the same conclusions Noble did. This player’s claim is riddled with flaws. A few examples: 2 accounts sharing the same IP address, several others living in the same building and 23 players out of the 30 (excluding Isaac’s 6 entries) in the entire tournament series came from the same specific region. Let’s say you held a series of online tournaments over the course of 3 weeks, and out of a possible 30 entrants, 23 came from Tennessee. The odds against that alone occurring naturally are stunning.
And there is additional evidence I agreed not to divulge in order to respect Noble’s security protocol. As a result of this, 22 accounts have been blocked. They also had this to say about not ever paying out the $100,000 prize: “. . . this jackpot has been won 7 times across the network with Noble player SODERLIND winning the $100,000 in March 06. We have paid well in excess of $1,000,000 in jackpot prizes associated with this event alone across the network.”
By the way, the findings were not solely my opinion, other members of our staff viewed the evidence on their own, and we compared notes only after each had concluded their review. We did not go into this lightly, nor with an allegiance to either side. We merely functioned as fact finders.
We were asked to perform an important function: validating the trust that online players place in the sites that host the games. As we went through the evidence, we realized how sad a situation such as this is. No matter which side had the evidence to support their claim, hard feelings would surely result. The only positive thing that came out of this was that players called for a poker site to prove their case, and the site responded.
My thanks to Wilheim and everyone who added their voice to the discussion and helped push this issue forward.

there are people defending him, saying that the proof presented in the middle there (page 13) is not conclusive.
23 PEOPLE PARTICIPATED IN NO TOURNAMENTS EXCEPT THE SPECIFIC 6 TOURNAMENTS HE WAS IN, WHICH HE PARTICIPATED IN OVER A COURSE OF 20 DAYS.
the odds of this occuring are mind boggling. and, there are a dozen other astounding mathematical coincidences that would've had to happen. i don't understand how dumb people don't fall down more.
that guy cipher is a scumbag. we all know this guy cheated - just because there is an amazingly minute mathematical possibility this was all chance exists, does not mean it is true. And, he says this kid is straight as an arrow, and he's never been wrong with the cases he's chosen to pursue.... whatever you gotta believe to help yourself sleep at night. Grade A douchebag, i almost dislike cipher more than the cheater.

Also how did your account only have 500 on it when it got frozen? last time I checked 6*150 was alot more then 500... and thats assuming you only started with 57 for 1 sng.. which obviously SHOULD be an incorrect assumption, but I wouldnt put anything past you. I suppose you lost it all in side ring games eh, you are funny.
