Unless it was a site wide problem you won't get anything back. Here is what FTP said to me when I was disc and came back unable to see my hole cards:

Please keep in mind that before you connect to our software, your internet connection travels through 5 to 30 different third party servers, none of which are owned by Full Tilt Poker.

If any of those servers are experiencing technical difficulties, your connection to our servers will be affected.

When you sit at a table or tournament, you accept the potential risks playing in an online card room, and we are unable to assume responsibility for external connectivity issues.
stars support >>>>>>>>> tilt support. not only did it take them over 2 days to reply to me, but i remember a while back i disc while in 18 sngs on stars. this was very similar to the full tilt situation, it wasn't their fault as it wasn't a site wide thing, but they refunded me like 6 buyins.

It was site wide. It happened to me too. Their website wasn't even loading. It wasn't my internet connect because other websites still worked.
