So how did you play them???

This is a true story. I'm not a paid actor. FTR does not guarantee any results. People can and do lose money when playing poker.

More importantly, why did you play them? Why lose any chips in this situation? Sure, you couldn't help the hand that you were in the blinds, but the hand you were on the button? Fold, or else play the table (meaning that when everyone else checked, you need to bet into their weakness). I'd say the same is true of the cash hand...calling his .20 was pointless. Either reraise to rep a good hand, or fold.

It's not PokerRoom. It's Prima.
It's happened to me a half dozen times. It's extremely frustrating because it's always the first hand at the table and inevitably you're a blind, so you can basically toss out a big blind. Now I play low stakes, so losing a 20 or 50 cent blind isn't a big deal, but what if you're playing 100/200 or something? That would really suck.
It's a retarded glitch that should not happen.
Edit: Ok, you said "my poker room", not referring to the poker room pokerroom. Anyways...
You should also ditch the big chat boxes on the right of the windows if you're going to play five tables. Just a suggestion.

Jeffery true but I just wanted a cheap showdown so I could see if im actually dealt any cards or not (by either winning or hitting show cards).
Evman yep its Primas software and each time its been on the first hand. The chat windows enable me to look through the action of the previous hand, when it is in the bottom middle area of the window i find it awkward as its tricky scrolling up

Sadly, this is software for you. Party software is pretty damn good in the non-bug department, but I've had a times where I saw flops for free (happened 3 times so far)
It is alway in tournys when I'm about to time out, it just shows the flop. Sadly i haven't hit yet, but it would be great flopping trips with your rags or something. Changing sites isn't going to stop you from finding software bugs.

thats true doggz I spent many hours on pacific poker where I stumbled upon more bugs than the Prima software. ...one very annoying bug infact where they would allow a second round of betting preflop - some fool would always take advantage of this and make some kind of annoying second action.
Rilla, I emailed them with the pics but didnt ask for anything in return, just moaned that Im a loyal customer paying my rake and I dont expect to be dealt nothing, especially in the blinds!!!
