Ok,
The magical Dec. 1 deadline is approaching. Is there any word on how this is going to affect U.S. Players trying to withdraw money?
I know the Gov't seized millions a while back. Basically ppl tried to cash paper checks from Stars or Tilt and the banks couldn't cash them.
The new law will basically make it illegal for U.S. banks to have or process any transactions from any company/site that are associated with online gambling including poker. Does this mean we won't ever be able to cash out? Would it be wise to withdrawal poker funds now?
I don't know what to do

Most Banks already don't deal with online gambling, not sure how the deadline is going to change anything.

This is simply untrue. It only makes the transaction illegal if the gambling it's going to be used for is illegal.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

I know that the law only applies to illegal gambling; online poker in the U.S. has always been a gray area as to whether its legal or not. But it must be leaning towards being illegal considering the government seized a couple of mil from U.S. accounts trying to cash out.
