I can't believe how many people I talk to who say, "yeah I play at Party Poker". Then I ask, where else do you play? "Nowhere" is the tyical response.
Believe me, I love PP, I love it alot, it has been great to me, but so have so many other sites. Once you have fulfilled any deposit bonuses, your gambling on your own dime from then on out. It's time to move on to another site.
Now if you only have a $100 or $50 I understand that you might not think this is a big deal, but for you it is especially. Let's say you deposit $50 at PP and they give you a $25 bonus after you fill the required amount of raked hands. At the end of your raked hands lets say you have $180.
Now with $180 here is what you do. Withdraw it NOW.
Deposit $100 into another site that offers 100% match bonus.
Deposit the other $80 into another site that offers 50% match bonus.
(these are just examples, but do exist all over)
Now your $180 is yielding you $100+$100= $200
$80+$40 = $120.
$120 + $200 = $320
Obviously you need to be able to play the required raked hands before this $320 is yours, but it is ridiculous to keep it at the original site (PP in this case) while it is earning you nothing.
For those that have banks over $1000, you should be playing at numerous sites as well. There are so many different promos going on, so many satellites, cruises, WSOP entries, you name it, but if you don't play at multiple sites you might not know this unless reading a post.
I play at about 18 sites. I read every email that they all send. It is a bit of a hassle, but I bet you anything that I will make my money work for myself much better than 99% of all players.
In short, Bank Roll management is crucial at any level. Whether you have $5.00 left in your acount, or $5000, you need to make it work for you, not against you.

The only reason I didn't suggest depositing the whole $180 into the 100% match bonus is because the site in which I was thinking of only matched up to about $100. Therefore the other $80 went somewhere else.
