Pacific is offering 50% up to $100 but you have to wager 20x the bonus amount ie: $2000. Does that mean I have to physically wager $2000 myself or does that mean be involved in $2000 worth of pots?

You wager $2000.
SNG's count, but not the rake part, eg, $5.50 SNG, $5 counts toward your $2K, but the $.50 doesn't count.
Uncalled bets count (they rake it, too, so don't go crazy with all-in).
It takes a while, adds up more quickly than you think, and I don't think they keep very good track of it, as I and Boonie? have both removed bonuses far before we thought we reached them.

Get someone (a friend) to sign you up and you get an add'l $25 bonus, and your friend gets $50 -- better yet, get someone to split with you.
I'm a know-it-all.
