I want to create a new account on stars, but I was under the impression that you couldnt after you created one. Is there a way you can totally close out your existing account and start over fresh?

I can't think of a justifiable (from Stars POV) reason for you to want to do this, so I expect it's against their terms of service. An (anonymous?) call to support might indeed be a good move - also read their small print.

i posted this after reading several peoples "pick a new Stars/Party name" contests. I assumed those people had an old account, and were wanting a new one. I guess that reinforces the whole "you know what assuming does" thing.
