Man this site's interface sucks. I got my $10 free, turned it into $20 and deposited $20 more for a while so that I'd be able to remove my bonus - now it's $55. Now I'd like to cash it all out and every time I go to withdraw it, they ask me to update my account info - which I have done several times - and I can't get them to process the withdrawl request. It seems like they don't want anyone to take money OUT of their site. Any help ?

Try reducing the security and cookie level on Internet Explorer, as RVP uses it for the banking pages. Start > Control Panel > Internet Options, Security and Privacy tabs. Reduce Internet Zone and Cookies to each Medium.

If that doesn't work you might not have cleared the bonus. Contact their ever so helpful support.

You will probably have to scan your driver's license and utility bill.

It was a huge pain for me as I do not have a scanner.

No you won't. Chances are you won't, unless something matches up funny.
Contact their live help. THey're actually better than most places. Sounds like you're having a cookie problem, personally.

I like Royal Vegas. I cashed in and out constantly, with no problems and never once having to fax ANYTHING over to them, so yeah. Let us know if you get more complications.

I've cashed out more than $2500 from RV over about 8-10 withdrawals in the past six months with ZERO problems. No hassle whatsoever.
Light years ahead of the competition.

There is nothing wrong with Royal vegas. I have cashed out there many times although it does take longer then most sites. I have always had good response from there customer service also. I also think there software and interface is fine not sure why so many dont like it. Make sure your banking information is correct so they know where to send your cashout.

Yeah I got that email yesterday - my utility bills are in a different name so I'm wondering what to do about that as well (they are in my middle name that I go by and I registered by my first name). Plus I don't have a scanner - I'm assuming they will accept a fax. I contacted their CS depeartment for help so we'll see what happens.

Still, I have never had a problem at AP or Party/Empire like this. It's taking a week to do what should take 24 hours. Good thing I don't have a ton of money in there.
