I see they have a bonus 100% on your first 600 if you use the FTR code. What do you need to do to unlock the bonus? Also, once that is done, is there an FPP system like there is on PS, or is there a rakeback program?

daven will become famous soon enough
rakeback if you sign up with rakeback, otherwise no.
To clear bonus you need to generate a certain number of FPPs
search this forum for more details on stakes/hands required

There are various rakeback programs for Full Tilt - If you go with rakebrain ask someone who has it to give you a referral - preferably me [/spam]

I have now played 25k hands of 50NL and they have released $400 so far. There is a 4 month limit, and it's being released in $20 increments. So it's pretty easy to earn at 50NL, at 25NL or below you'll need an above average volume.
Spoonitnow has made an extensive post about Pokerstars FPP program - use the search, you'll find it.
If I recall correctly you'll need about 25k / month at 50 or 100NL to get something equivalent to FTP's rakeack. Assuming that the rake is very similar at these stakes.
If you play anything under 25NL, Stars is the way to go.
