anyone ever tried this site? founded by james woods and vince van patten, supposedly several celebrities play there recreationally. but the software appears to be a direct clone of pokerroom. they didn't even bother changing the avatars. don't know if it is the same network or not but if so then you should in theory be able to play against james woods on pokerroom.
they don't seem to advertise it but i think i read somewhere that you get a 20% bonus up to $100 on your first deposit without entering any codes. maybe i'll give it a shot this weekend.

They use the same software and servers as pokerroom, but the players are kept seperate. They seem to focus on low buyin tourneys ($5 mostly).
I've signed up, but haven't had the time to deposit and play there yet

Hollywood poker is a pokerroom "skin" the same way empire is for party.

Hollywood Poker is a skin. The players aren't kept separate (as another poster stated).
The only drawback to hollywood (thus far) is the lack of Rakeback, as another pokerroom 'skin' BetOnBet is doing.

they upped their bonus offer to 500% up to $1000
but you need 15 points to unlock each $1
and the pot needs to be $20 to earn 1 point, $10 to earn 0.5 points
you have 60 days to unlock the money (in $50 increments)

This is a true story. I'm not a paid actor. FTR does not guarantee any results. People can and do lose money when playing poker.

No, it is on the same network, shared players and tournaments, with the odd Hollywood special where it is hollywood players only.
