Post subject: Heres the video with PokerStars lying about E-checks

Poker Stars has been giving my wife the runaround for a week on an echeck cashout.1st they say it will be taken care of by the 12th,Then in a later email it's changed to the 15th.
It's been stated by the site that anyone affected by this e-check seizure by N.Y. Government will get a 20% bonus for their trouble but they haven't one time told her that or even admitted that the funds have been seized.They just double talk and delay, instead of offering her compensation.Good Job P.Stars you lost a newbbie due to this.She never wants to play again as she just had her 1st big MTT cash and now can't get her money and is getting the runaround instead from the best site out there.So that says to her that no matter where she would win she's not getting the money only trouble.

ffs, PS and FTP are doing their best to resolve the situation but it'll take time. If you'd been around when this happened the last time you'd know that it took months for people to get paid - but they DID get paid.
Be patient and stop whining.

Uh like i care, its my money i want it now..they get the money i deposit instantly.It's the sites responsibility to see that we all get paid in a timely manner.I asked that it just be put back in the acct. so she could play on her days off they couldn't even do that.
This is the main reason I'm going to all live play in 2010.I know that Stars is the top of the line, if they can get road blocked its close to over for internet poker, read the writing on the walls.
With regulation comes taxes since I pay taxes on my sports income which is based in Vegas I'm moving there on a full time basis and you can have stars and tilt.

LMAO you love getting reamed don't you.Listen buddy i understand poker stars didn't seize her check the NY atty general did.My prob. is poker stars is flat out being dishonest telling her it will be there the 12th now tellin her it will be there the 15th next will it be the 18th?They issued a statement to a news org.that players affected by this will have their money put back in their players acct plus receive a 20% bonus of the amount of the echeck by the 12th if they dont receive an e check by then.But no email saying this was sent to my wife.Why?Is she a special case?They continue to tell her its on the way when my stock broker friend showed me the seized funds online.Shady to say the least.

you have to laugh at this guys ignorance. He comes on here and posts about writing and using a bot , and then claims it was all a bet to see what the response is. Claims in the thread that he'll use it at pitbull.
Then he's so dimwitted , he posts a link to a video showing his pitbull username`so that anyone he's upset here could just send links of the bot posts, and his username off to Pittbull. Then he probably would be moaning about not being able to get his money.

bot smot...you cant even find a list of rules on pitbulls site.and if you guys think p.stars is the party in the right here this is my final day at this pisspoor site too. poker forums are just for holier than thou people i guess not me.A normal foulable human.I can't even break a post into paragraphs and you buy that i can be a computer programmer.Want to buy some beach front property in ohio?This was my 3rd test of a forum and it was the best of the 3 and i still say the best moderated.But I can do without the people on any of em that just want to make them selfs feel better by trying to take another down.I.E.people like you keith. I started a thread detailing how to build a bankroll at this site where I've been very successful over the past 3 years of my online career.I offered to help anyone that wanted it and I got replies that quite frankly were worse than anything my 2 ex wives have ever had to say about or to me.I did get some positive replies, however for every one that was positive I got 5 that were slamming me for no reason.Calling me a liar, a prop for the site, saying my info was bogus(this came from a guy that had never played at the site).
I was insulted and finally after having enough of this crap I started firing back snide remarks to any rude post on my thread.Well to make a long story short,It was one of the very worst experiences I've ever had concerning anything to do with Poker.I wont bother detailing my experience at pocket fives for it was a carbon copy of the cards chat fiasco but I was only suspended for 1 week there.I left feeling dirty and a bit disappointed in my fellow man.In closing If you are considering joining a Poker forum don't.Spend your time reading a free article or book about poker, not fielding abuse from a bunch of "holier than thou" jackals that are out for your head for no apparent reason....coyboy33

Was I confrontational in my responses about the bot ..NO... However if you think that posting inflammatory material and then bragging about making money on the back of those inflammatory posts isn't going to piss off the members of the forum... guess what you found out differently. You are being told that you are confrontational at other forums , maybe you should stand back and look at your attitude .
Look through my post history . 98% or more are helping others or asking for help and the rest light hearted banter. Its also highly likely that theres another bet riding on the outcomes of this thread ....or does this mean you have now lost your first bet ....who cares .......

The matter was resolved.Money was put back in her acct and plus the 20%.keith,I'm an affiliate at pitbull & I'm also a constant chatter at the tables as you prob. suspected already.A bot cant chat can it?Really you don't think I can write a program do you?you saw my posts and that some one had to tell me how to break it in pragraphs withou using HTMl which was the only way I knew how.I championed PitBull at Card Chat so hard that that's why I got baned there. I think my threads are still up there if you want to see yourself.I have talked to dave Brenes more than 1 occasion and find him to be an engaging person that seems to really want to improve PitBulls image which I must admit isn't very good.I also have spoken to Fred Baurer the Affiliate director there many times.you see they'd know this was a farce from point A unlike you mu gulliable friend.Really I'm sorry I decieved you here.like I said and I ment it this is a god forum.Your passion for the integretiy of the game is honorable.Understand this though my quest was to put this site to the test to see if I could recomend it to my blog readers.You see that's somethig I take very seriously giving my recomendation out.I'm glad to say that I did just that about this site on my blog.I also would recomend you as a friend that would fight to the end to protect his fellow friend.I think.LOL.Sorry I pissed you off so.G.L.

Yes sir.you are surely right.I just thought that Stars was skirting the issue a bit.This is a Poker Forum not a us government forum.I joined the PPA a year ago for the vote.Good point.But my posts here today and the video on youtube is what prompted them to put the money back in her account at Poker stars.They even sent an email asking me to remove the video and saying that they were very sorry for the misunderstanding.So mission accomplished.

I think we all know that Poker Stars is by far the # one site as far as treating it's players fairly.That's why I was so amazed at what was going on with them and my wife.She hardly ever plays and this being her 1st big win and not getting her money when she asked for it, well how would you have felt if that happened to you on your first win and first cash out way back when?Poker Stars came through in the end, but I have to wonder would they have as quickly if I had not intervened?If I had not posted the very un-flatering video on youtube?I don't know but I think that they would of paid in time because it's stars any other site and i wouldn't bet on it.
