Ville, in order to increase your monthly limits to the maximum of
$30,000 I request that you send us the following documents as soon as
possible:

- notarised photocopy of a recent utility bill
- notarised photocopy of your ID, Passport or Driver's License
- notarised copy of your deposit declaration (attached)

I have already sent them all these documents but I guess they havent been "notarised".WTFZ does that even mean in practise?

Also, I would like to thank Pacific for cancelling my comp points rakeback worth about 13%

 Notarized means signed by a "Notary Public". It basically means that the copies of the documents are certified to be genuine. I don't know what the equivalent is in your neck of the woods. A lawyer would know...
