Here are the details from Caribbean Sun Poker:

3. 'Roll Your Own' Free Roll Tournament
With the poker craze at a fever pitch across the globe, Caribbean Sun Poker has devised a way for you to capitalize on the frenzy by introducing the 'Roll Your Own' Private Free Roll*.
The concept is simple...Get nine of your poker playing buddies together and pick a night to play, and send an email to RollYourOwn@caribbeanSunPoker.com with the date** you would like to have the Private Free Roll, and the email addresses of your friends who wish to participate, and we will send you and your buddies the confirmation and the password for the private table.
As for the prize money of what you'll be playing for, we will put up $100 for every 10 players you invite.
* Free Roll means a Texas Hold 'em tournament like you see on TV, but with NO entrance fee. Meaning it's free to play, but the money you win is real.
** Must be Monday through Thursday.

I spoke to our rep at Caribbean Sun, he confirmed the details posted by Jes_Gru. You just need to register 24 hours prior to the tournament. You can use this link to sign up to Caribbean Sun Poker.
Hey, Jes_Gru, if it's cool w/ you (I don't mean to hijack your thread), I'll put up an announcement and poll to see when we can all do it.
The tournament will not start if we have less than 10 players. And for every 10 players, they add $100 to the freeroll event.

I'm definitely down, I just recently joined Carribean Sun for their freerolls.
I'm busy Wednesday night though.
Thursday/Friday night and Saturday/Sunday are good for me.
Oh yea, I've been having trouble with Cryptologic software recently. I emailed their support about it weeks ago and reemailed them a week ago and still havn't gotten a conclusive response. I think it's a bug that flares up with Windows XP. I keep getting disconnected in the middle of hands for a short period of time. Hopefully it won't happen this time but chances don't look good.
But I'm still down to face off against the FTR crew.
