Is it possible to get the empire sign up bonus after clearing the party? Do you have to uninstall party poker from you computer first or something along those lines?

Yes you can.
Nope you don't need to uninstall, you just need to register from another computer (or another IP address). Then you can play both from the same PC.

 ummmm.....

i just recently cleared the empire bonus from the same PC and IP address as im registered at Pary. its cleared and i have all my funds from empire, so hopefully they cant do anything now.
