 I know Full Tilt has nothing as far as Stars is concerned when it comes to support but can it seriously take more than 2 days to respond to some simple questions in an email? I emailed them Friday afternoon about some account issues and I have still to hear anything from them, not even some follow up questions. Std? No it's not about rakeback.

I emailed them about an account issue and after 4 days I emailed them again then it took 2 more days to get back to me. Pretty unacceptable IMO.

 I emailed F T for some account balance info and they sent back a super awesome xls sheet the next day that was exactly what I needed. Emailed stars the same thing and they said they had a database issue and would get back to me. Three weeks later, nothing.

 It's never taken longer than 24 hrs for me to get feedback from FTP, while I have had far greater difficult with Stars support the only time I've ever emailed them.
