I have been in contact with FTP about getting rakeback for an already established account. I received an email stating that I could get the rakeback through their 'preferred affiliate', which is Rake Back Pro. Does anyone know anything about Rake Back Pro, or can anyone tell me about any pros and/or cons about them. I realize that this is the only way to get the rake back for FTP, since I already have an account, but I don't want to get bamboozled by some unknown problem or issue. I have not been able to find any other information about this. Thanks.

I hate that I have accounts everywhere from years ago and could never take advantage of rakeback...

I am now in a Catch-22 situation with FT and RakeBackPros over the rakeback issue. FT customer service states that it is not in their control, even though it is their 'Preferred Affiliate', and there is an apparent organizational relationship between the supposed independent entities. It is also apparent that FT does not consider customer service, for an corporate/industry created inequality for their players, a priority and/or a concern.

From my understanding, they're a part of/closely linked to FTP.

I went back and forth with Full Tilt for awhile to get myself onto RakeBackPros. I had made my account awhile ago and didn't signup with any rakeback affiliates.

The email that got me setup was basically a threat, I told them that if I couldn't receive rakeback I would take my full time play to another site where I could.

They responded to me and told me to signup for Rakebackpros and I did, the whole process took about 2 weeks but I was accepted and I now receive Rakeback weekly.

No payment issues from Rakebackpros, they always pay on time. Their site is bland, and their reporting function isn't the greatest but it gets the job done.
