I keep finding out new things about full tilts mgr calculations. I hope no one is playing there for rakeback unless you really like the site. So I'm looking at my day to day stats for last month and I see that on one day I have a negative $30. I talk to my rakeback guy to find out why b/c I didn't play that day (or clear any bonus). Well come to find out that I bought a couple decks of cards from the Full Tilt store and they deducted $30 from my MGR. So basically instead of getting them for free using my points, I basically paid $30 for them and still lost my points. Full Tilt is a joke, they deduct for everything.

Their bonus system is a joke, their rakeback is shitty and their store items are WAY overpriced. I played there for about 5 hours and said good-bye.

I used points for the decks that I bought. I didn't know they were gonna charge me $30 to get them and deduct this from my rake. Basically I paid $6/deck for some cards that aren't even the quality of a deck of Bees.

I would bitch, and bitch, and then bitch some more to customer support. Never know what they might do for you.

I did bitch to them. I told them they were double dipping. They can't take my points and take my money too. I told them I either want my $30 back or I want my points back.
