I have a account on Full Tilt that I have only used for play money. Does that mean I cannot sign up for rakeback? Also, why can't I just open a new account? The old one does seem to have any of my personal information...Thanks!

Good question. I was thinking the same thing once. Several years ago, I think I might have played with play money on Full Tilt just to check out the interface. I don't know the answer, but I assume if you haven't deposited money, you're still eligible. Hopefully someone else can clarify for sure.

What about if you have not deposited but have won $ in FRs and have built up a bankroll from there?
