What's the difference between "Action" and "Fish"?

I assume that "action" refers to how many players are usually online at the given site, and "fish" refers to how skillful the players are at the given site on average.

Yeah, action is like how easy it is to find a seat at the game of your choice at the stakes of your choice, being able to shop around tables.
The Fish rating is basically the ratio of fish to skilled players - or how easy it is to make money at the poker room...

Pretty cool guys. One thing though, I think you should allow for a seperate overall score to be given by the reviewer, instead of an average of the other scores.
The reason being, for one, some attributes aren't as important, at least not to the reviewer. And for another, its very biased against a site like Poker Stars, who don't have much in the way of bonuses and don't have tons of fish. Even if someone thinks Poker Stars is the best site in the world and doesn't care about bonuses or a ton of fish, the average score is still going to be pretty low since two of the 5 categories do not apply much to Poker Stars.
