I emailed FTP support to ask about rakeback on an old account. They replied with this:

Any idea what they're planning?

I did this about a month ago, and got the exact same response. About two weeks ago I got an email saying they were going to give me rakeback and I had to sign up with a certain site (rakebackpros.com), so I did, and now I'm getting rakeback! I think maybe you have to play a certain volume/generate a certain amount of rake before they offer it to you? Idk.
