I asked Full Tilt who audited their random number generator, not because I thought the site was rigged but just because I was curious and couldn't find any information. I was actually suprised that they haven't had their RNG auduited yet. This was a response from FT via e-mail.

Hello Gabe,

Thank you for your e-mail. We are currently having our Random Number
Generator (RNG) and shuffling algorithms reviewed, tested and audited by
a
reputable outside firm. We apologize for the delay in getting this work

performed, but we had to wait until sufficient data had been collected
for
this analysis to be valid. We can assure you that we conducted our own
verification prior to real-money launch and believe our system to be
secure
and wholly unpredictable.

Our internal testing and audit was performed by a professional security
software engineer who has a strong background in statistics. This
person has been heavily involved in the online gaming business (and
poker in particular) for several years. The methodologies employed were
reviewed by Chris Ferguson himself (PhD. in Computer Science, expert in
game theory).

We would strongly dispute any assertion that it is possible for any
player or member of our staff to know what card(s) will be next off of
an
active deck. The methodology employed simply makes this impossible.

Regards,

Larry

GREAT!! There goes my run at Full Tilt. I was hoping to hop on there after I clear my bonus at UB.
