As a disgruntled ex-member of the partypoker.com staff, I feel that it is my duty to explain why I was fired. About a month ago, a co-worker (friend of mine) who worked in the computer programming department began explaining to me the highly complex, strategic program used to literally rob people like you everyday. He went into good detail. My mistake was to logon to partypoker (it says employees cannot play, but pretty much the whole company has accounts -with a few exceptions) and spread the news. The next day I was fired for being "late for a meeting". I was told before the meeting that there was no rush and to take my time eating lunch...oh well...
Anyways, my friend basically told me that partypoker will let you win up to about a little less than twice what "you're worth" (whats in your bank account). Afterwhich it will MAKE you lose...
How does it MAKE you lose?
Generally it will flop you the nuts or trips or something impossible to get away from and bet you into a big call... The turn and river will not be in your favor and you will be that much "broker". No matter what your opponent has there is normally one hand at least that can beat you...
A week ago, my friend asked me to sit and watch (because I would never play there despite my love for poker) the number of 4-of-a-kinds I see on a given table... So I did... That night... I watched for about 3 hours... And saw 7 4-of-a-kinds...
The odds of hitting 4ofakind are 1 in 4165... I told my friend and we laughed and it was pretty funny (sorry its not...)
THEN HE CALLED ME WHEN HE WAS AT WORK>>>> He asked me to logon to my girlfriends account and get onto a certain 3-6 blind table. Some guy at the table had 6300 bucks and my friend told me to watch him work. On the first hand I watched the player lose with trips to a runner runner fullhouse bringing him down to 3900... The next... NEXT! hand his nut straight (with no apparent flush draw) was beaten by a runner runner flush and he was taken to 1100... After that my friend, laughing on the phone, told me... "Now I'll let him play..."
I haven't heard from this guy, Paul, in a while. Hopefully he is still alive Come to think of it, hes kind of an asshole...
Anyways, sorry I used to work for such an evil company. All this shtuff was happening under my nose seriously...

Does this mean that people who don't register a bank account with party poker will automatically end up in the negative since they have no "value"? If so, I'm in for the mother of all downswings at some point here

I investigated, and it's all true. I looked it up on my palm pilot. What happens is the head of calculations and management, working with the accounting department "chief", go into a special room at PP. Once inside, they insert their "penis" into two sides of a big suckout box at the same time. On the count of three they spin clockwise while eating cupcakes. After doing so the worst hand wins until they decide to spin their penis back while regurgitating.
What's not to believe? This is a real threat. Back in 1998, a ravenous African Omaha player from Nebraska cut the Penis off both original suckout box reps, and then tried to break into PP to access the box and justify his inability to fold the losing hand. They caught him in time thank god. Can you imagine the sound of 50,000 high pockets cracking? Like a box of captain crunch gang raping a bowl of rice crispies.

You guys are so naive, this stuff really happens!!! My Brother-in-Law works for Party Poker and he told me the secret and made me promise not to share, but u guys are cool so I'll let you in on it. If you spit on your monitor you get a straight, if you piss on your modem you get a flush, if you vomit on your keyboard you get a full house, if you take a big steaming crap in your printer you get 4 of a kind, if you wack off all over your mouse you get a straight flush and if after wacking off on your mouse, you ram your mouse up your wifes' ass while singing the star spangled banner you get a royal flush.
