i just signed up through a rakeback affiliate to eurobet. i try to log on to the poker client and it doesn't accept my info. i try a few more times and then finally send a message to customer service to find out what i should do. this is their reply.

sounds like outsourced customer service. Have to drag the answers outta them. Give them some time; they usually give you the answer in oh...3 e-mails.

make sure you're creating your account with a 'clean' computer (ie. one without a party skin already installed)
