Dear Eurobet Customer,
Please be advised that in the light of recent actions by US regulators, Eurobet has regretfully taken the decision to cease taking any business through its websites from U.S. residents with immediate effect. U.S. residents will no longer be able to transact with our websites and all accounts held by U.S. residents have now been closed.
We are contacting you because we believe that, based on the personal details you have provided us, you are a US resident and therefore affected by this decision.
Where we already have your payment details we will refund any outstanding balance using that method within 7 days from today. If we do not have the necessary details please contact us on +44 1483 773224 or via email at uscustomerservice@eurobet.com to confirm how you wish any existing balances on your account should be repaid including the appropriate financial details.
We commit to processing such refund with 7 days of receiving your payment instructions.
On behalf of the entire Eurobet team we apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your previous custom.
Kind regards,
Emma Jordan

Wow. How big a site is Eurobet? Unless it's super-small, this worries me...

It's like joining a fraternity and then finding out your college is toning down Greek Life....
But yeah I would pray that the powers of Party,Stars, and OnGame band together and defend our right to raise 72o in EP......or a naked AAxxo if you play O8....

Don't worry guys, this is more of a reaction to the BETOnSports Situation than a reaction to the bill that passed in the house. The bill had more to do with making it illegal for players, this is more about the company being in trouble with the law.
This week, the CEO of BetOnSports.com, along with 11 executives were arrested and detained when their flight stopped over on U.S. soil. They were charged with providing an online gambling service to United States customers.
As a result, many online gambling companies whose United States customers comprise a small percentage of their customer base are considering stopping U.S. Services to avoid any hassles. However, companies such as PartyPoker and PokerStars have a majority of American players, thus it is highly unlikely that they would take such actions.
I'm assuming that Eurobet has a lot of European players, hence the word "Euro", and as such, they don't really lose much business by excluding Americans from their site.

But damn, I was gonna hit up their bonus sometime. I'm guessing all the Euro sites, like BetFred, Martins, (most of the B2Bs) etc. are gonna take similar action soon. I'm not too concerned because we still got party, empire, stars, PR, pacific, paradise, the rest of the ipoker network, full tilt, UB, etc.
