Alittle Heads Up On DSI Poker!!
I was recommended to DSI poker from a friend one day so i downloaded it and and figured id wait to open an account till i could deposit to it.
One night my phone rang and it was a promo rep from DSI and he went on to welcome me as a new player and tell me about a promo he had for me that was a special he was offering to me as a new player.
He went on to tell me to open a new account and with that new account he would give me 2 tickets to the 500$ games that they have and also if I could make a 50$ deposit by that saturday evening that he would also give me a ticket to play in the 15 million dollar game that they had going on sunday, but i had to deposit 50 $ to recieve that ticket. He also gave me a special promo code to put in which he said would give me 100% bonus for any deposit that i made.
I told him that sounded pretty good and said that i would see what i could do. Well i opened the new account and put the code in and also deposited the 50$.
I couldnt figure out how to get the tickets so i called the customer support to find out. I told the support person what the rep had told me and what he offered me and the bonus code he gave me. The support put me on hold and when they came back they said that the special wasnt active till the second deposit! I went on to tell them that the promo rep told me that it was good for my first deposit and that nothing was ever said about a second deposit. Here is what he told me......Johnny: the thing is that the promotion apply only for redeposit bonus
They apologized and said there was nothing they could do that was the way the promo was set up. So I told them that i was gonna put in a withdrawal and that i didnt not appreciate being lied to!
I went to the site and put in a withdrawal request to my neteller where i sent the money to them to begin with.
Well 24hrs went by and still the money was in my poker account so i went to the account page to see what was going on. It said that it was rejected from the client(neteller) and sent back.
I then tried it again made the withdrawal request once again and 24 hrs later nothing.
I called DSI to see what was going on and they told me that the money had been rejected from neteller. I thought this was odd so i told them id get back to them.
I went to live chat on neteller told them the story and they said they cound not help me and gave me an email addy to write to about it. So I did and told them the whole story what DSI was telling me.
I went back to my phone and called DSI again and told them that i had put in a second request for withdrawal and stilll nothing again..
They put me on hold and came back to tell me that it was showing as done in one file and returned in another. That it got stuck in the system. He apologized and told me that it would be taken cared of first thing in the morning and i thank him.
Well next day nothing so i called again. Asked to speak to the same guy and he said i had to put in another request for withdrawal.(#3) now.
I told them that neteller said that there had been nothing sent to them(didnt know that for sure) and i demanded my money!
That day i got a letter from the neteller support saying this..... Unfortunately I am unable to locate any declined transfers from a merchant in your NETELLER account. However, in investigating your account I have noted a transaction of $50.00 that was made into your NETELLEr account earlier today. Please review your NETELLER transaction history in order to determine if this is the transaction you had been expecting.
THEY NEVER EVEN TREID TO PUT THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT!! DSI lied to me the whole time and if i hadnt told them that neteller had said no transactions were there at all I probably still woundnt have my money!!
So heads up all about DSI POKER!!!!
