Part of the prima network

I signed up for a $3k match bonus. Cool.

I missed the bit about the raked hand reqs being contributed raked hands, but no bother.

SO i ask to withdraw, effectivly nullifying my bonus.
'no' they say. You HAVE to meet the reqs before you withdraw.

SO i have my whole fucking bankroll stuck on a site who wont let me have it back.

Thoughts? (other than qwned)

I actually went there cause I wanted to check out the Prima network and deposited $500 and later realized that the bonus can only be cleared at 200NL and higher, (I only play 100NL now) so I just decided to leave. I withdrew all my money and got it to my Neteller account a few days later. I even got an extra $10 with it (some bonus they put in the account that they never took back).

How much of the bonus have you earned so far? I assume none. Ask to speak with someone higher up, and explain that the rule is being misenterpreted. Explain that the rule only applies to people who have already started earning the bonus, and firmly express that you expect your money returned immediately.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

I hit the same block at Aztec (another prima site), but the required bonus to clear was only $50. I ended up biting the bullet and playing through it all so that I could cash out.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

they released my cash once i made it clear how much rake i had generated over the last few years and how much i had actually deposited.

Turned out it was a 'mistake' and the T+C's have been changed. They havent cancelled the bonus either which is kinda cool.
