Anyone ever play at Doyle's Room? They have a 35% bonus up to $135 on your first deposit. You have to accumulate 13,500 Action Points to get the bonus. Just wondering if anyone knows how easy it is to get Action Points? Here is the link: http://www.doylesroom.com/games_bonus.html

If anyone has a lot of experience playing there then please let us know. It would be nice to add Doyle's Room to the Poker Room Review Page:

I've played there for the purpose of getting the bonus. I can't remember enough about it to write a full review, but I do remember I cashed out after a couple of days with only a few hundred points. It does take an ungodly amount of time to clear. I like to think of myself as someone who likes to take advantage of any bonus, but I wasn't gonna stick around for this one. I do only play .50/1.00 limit, so at higher levels it might be easier. You do accumulate points way faster if you actually contribute to the pot. I just wasn't gonna stick it out.
If I remember right, there was only 1 or 2 full ring tables at the .50/1.00 limit level, so that made it longer too, only being able to single table. After the two days I did play, I cashed out up about $40, but I don't know if I just caught some cards or if it's fishy or not. If you play Party skins .50/1.00, I think the competition is about the same. Take anything I say for what it's worth, since I did only play those two nights about 10 hours total. Don't join to get the book. Buy the book and play for the money bonus if you decide to play there.

Doyles room is the same as VCpoker/golden palace/platinum, it's just a different skin. I've written a review of VCpoker including some details on action points but it hasn't been put up on the front page yet.
Action points do take a fair while to clear, i'm currently clearing 5000 AP's for a $40 bonus but i'm playing at 0.05/0.10 so at higher limits you could clear it much quicker i'm sure.
