I recently got on pitbull poker. Well the SnG structures were AWFUL. And so I dedcided to leave. First I tried cashing out everything including some bonus. Not surprisingly that didn't work. HOWEVER It took over a fucking week for the withdraw to go from pending to back into my account and I was never informed that the withdrawal was denied. Ok So I got a hold of a customer service rep to see what was up and if I could withdraw just the original $150 that I deposited. Nope she says. Not until I accumulate 200 comp points. 200? Just to withdraw my own fucking money? What the fuck? Needless to say I'm pissed.

Send them an e-mail with a link to this thread. Maybe if they were aware of the bad publicity they are getting it would smarten them up. Where do they think their players are going to come from if not from the existing online player base...

I never would either but I dont think it is all that fucked up. Most of the great casino bonuses do this. Poker isnt that different with this style of bonus.
Was ur account at more than 400 when you tried to cash out or under 400. I noticed you never asked to just void the bonus and give you u ur money back and if your at 350 youd get 150. I had a friend do that with one of the luck sites like starluck I think it was and they did it. Maybe you can try that. I'd be pretty pissed though too.

I don't think "online poker rooms" gets the traffic that I thought would want to see this. I think lots of people should be informed. I don't think you're a mod. I don't mind that a mod moved this, though I DO BELIEVE that this could be important enough to trump housekeeping practices so that FTR members will be more well informed. You can fuck off.

I ended up just playign a 100$Nl table until I got to 200 points and make like $50 extra before cashing out. Let's hope it works.
