There is something scary about having to sign off with a govt entity and declaring that you've been involved in something illegal.

Yeah, I'm not saying that peeps should be worried about getting indicted or some shit over their involvement, although tax evasion is worth thinking about. But there's something about admitting to being any part this that can come back to bite you in the ass.
Say we get online poker back. Maybe the DoJ says everyone on this list doesn't get to play until they pay their back taxes + interest. Maybe it's something different. One thing I do know is when the govt groups people up on a list it's rarely a good thing for that group.
